4. Consent to Record

5. Permission to Publish and Distribute
Guest gives Producer permission to publish, distribute, reproduce, display, stream, download, and make the recording available in whole or in part.

6. Editing Permission
Guest understands and agrees that Producer may edit, trim, caption, format, enhance, transcribe, or otherwise modify the recording for clarity, length, sound quality, accessibility, promotion, and distribution.
Producer agrees not to intentionally edit Guest’s statements in a way that materially misrepresents their meaning.
7. Name, Image, Voice, and Likeness Permission
Guest gives Producer permission to use Guest’s name, title, company affiliation, biography, headshot, image, voice, likeness, video clips, quotes, and excerpts in connection with the podcast episode and related promotional content.

8. Promotional Clips and Repurposing
Guest gives Producer permission to create and use clips, excerpts, transcripts, captions, summaries, quote cards, social posts, blog posts, and other content derived from the recording.

9. Transcription and AI-Assisted Production
Guest agrees that Producer may use transcription, captioning, editing, summarization, and production tools, including AI-assisted tools, to support podcast production and content repurposing.

Producer may not create a synthetic voice clone, digital replica, or misleading AI-generated imitation of Guest’s voice, image, or likeness without separate written permission.
10. Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Producer owns the final edited episode and related production assets created from the recording, including clips, transcripts, captions, summaries, graphics, thumbnails, and promotional materials.
Guest retains ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property, trademarks, confidential information, or materials Guest owned before the recording.
11. Compensation

Guest understands that participation does not create an employment, partnership, agency, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
12. Guest Confirmation
Guest confirms that: Guest has the authority to participate in the podcast. Guest has the right to grant the permissions in this release. Guest will not knowingly share confidential, unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material. Guest’s participation does not knowingly violate any employer, client, or third-party agreement.
13. No Obligation to Publish
Producer may choose whether or not to publish the recording. Producer may also edit, delay, archive, remove, or decide not to publish the episode or any related content at its discretion.
