What is Slice Transcribe?
Slice Transcribe turns recordings into text: lectures, seminars, research interviews, meetings and podcasts. It is free for one recording a day up to 90 minutes (your first needs no account; after that, a free account). For more, you buy hours once: 5 hours for $2.99, 15 hours for $6.99 or 40 hours for $14.99. There is no subscription and nothing renews, and the hours never expire. Each recording uses its own length, rounded up to the minute, so a 47-minute lecture uses 47 minutes. With hours you get recordings up to 3 hours, no daily limit, notes with a timestamp on every paragraph, Word (.docx) and Copy for Notion, and your transcripts kept on your account until you delete them. Any pack can be bought as a gift.

Give hours as a gift
For a friend with a heavy term, a student you supervise, or a colleague with a stack of interviews: choose Buy as a gift on any pack above. After paying you get a link to send, or we email it for you with a short note from the Slice team. They sign in or make a free account, press Redeem, and the hours are theirs. Each link works once, and the hours never go to your own account.
